Affiliate Program Policy

1.         Introduction

1.1.    This Affiliate Program Policy provides the terms of your participation in Leadup Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) as our affiliate (“Affiliate”).

1.2.    By signing up to be an affiliate in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Affiliate Program Policy. Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.

1.3.    Any violation of these terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate referral fee payments earned during the violation.

1.4.    All capitalized terms specified hereunder shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of www.leadupsystem.com, unless otherwise specified hereunder.

2.         Participation & Responsibilities

2.1.    We will send you a link to sign up for our Affiliate Program. You will be deemed to participate in the Affiliate Program upon successfully signing up through such link.

2.2.    We will provide all signed up candidate with referral links or codes (“Links or Codes”) which will direct the customers to Leadup Products. By sending, forwarding or otherwise using the Links or Codes for the purposes of linking the customers to the Leadup Products.

2.3.    Affiliates shall be responsible for sending, forwarding, placing and marketing the Links or Codes in order to direct the customers to the Leadup Products.

2.4.    The Affiliates shall not modify the Links or Codes or other materials provided to the Affiliate and shall only use for the purposes of the Affiliate Program.

2.5.    We strictly forbid the use of unsolicited commercial email or spam campaigns. The As such, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform and participation in the Affiliate Program, without notice or compensation for breach of this Clause. Any person found to be involved in such campaign, including flooding newsgroups or any other abuse, will be prohibit access to the Platform and participation in the Affiliate Program.

3.         Referral Fees & Payments

3.1.    For an Affiliate to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through the Link or Code and purchase a Leadup Product within 90 days of the initial click-through. If they fail to purchase within those 90 days and later return without following your Link or Code, you will not earn a referral fee.

3.2.    We will only pay referral fees on Links or Codes that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay referral fees if someone says they signed up through you but it was not tracked by our system.

3.3.    The referral fee is 20% of our revenue from the sale of Leadup Products occurred through your Links or Codes. Referral fees are only earned if a customer makes a payment in full.

3.4.    Accrued referral fees are paid on the fifteenth of the month after the month for which the referral fees have been accrued. The accrued referral fees are paid only once each month. We will make the referral payments through any payment method our system is using at that time.

3.5.    Customer payments refunded or payments charged-back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for referral fees.

3.6.    The referral fee structure is subject to change at our discretion.

3.7.    We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

3.8.    All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in the Affiliate Program and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.

4.         Customers

Every customer who buys Leadup Products through the Link or Code is deemed to be our customer. We shall not be responsible for any representations made by the Affiliate that contradict our rules, policies or operating procedures.

5.         Pricing & Availability

5.1.    We will determine the prices to be charged for the Leadup Products. Affiliate shall not display or communicate wrong prices to the customers or misrepresent the Leadup Products to the customers in any manner whatsoever.

5.2.    We cannot guarantee availability of any Leadup Products.

6.         Other Policies

The Terms and Other Policies shall be an integral part of this Affiliate Program Policy and the Affiliate Program Policy shall be read with the same. The Terms and Other Policies, including the Disclaimer Notice, shall also apply to Affiliates.

7.         Amendments

We reserve the right to change or modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on the Platform. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the latest version.
